
About me
My name is Teofil Varga, and I started taking sport activites more seriously a few years ago. I used to work as Marketing Associate and sat in an office all day. I was overweight, ate almost exclusively at fast food restaurants, had no stamina, smoked nearly a pack of cigarettes a day, and if I had the chance I avoided every possible physical activity. For many years, I was unhappy with myself and thought about how great it would be to finally start exercising, but I always found some excuse not to do it.
Then one day, something switched inside me, and I decided to stop sabotaging myself and change my life. I couldn't have made a better decision, because the long journey I embarked on not only led me to a better and healthier life, but also to a new career.
Today, as a personal trainer, I work to help people who are like I used to be. I consider my most important task to be helping my clients get closer to achieving their goals through a preventive and professional science-based training program.

Fitness Assessment
We begin with a thorough fitness assessment to determine which areas require improvement in addition to your needs, and I also gather information about health factors that need to be taken into account when putting together the training program

Bodybuilding
To achieve the ideal physique, it is very important to have adequate muscle mass. Bodybuilding training includes strength and muscle hypertrophy and development, as well as shaping the muscles gained.

Functional training

Rehabilitation
Based on the results of the tests performed during the fitness assessment, the first stage of the training program is a rehabilitation phase, which focuses on improving joint mobility, activating muscles, and beginning to correct asymmetries, among other things.

Endurance training
The lack of endurance affects not only sports performance, but also our everyday lives. Adequate endurance is the basis for everything, which is why we place great emphasis on developing it during training sessions.

Weight loss
Although getting rid of unwanted fat and achieving a six-pack basically starts in the kitchen, we can also do a lot for it in the gym. Nutrition counseling and fat-burning cardio in the right heart rate zone are part of the training program.
